Before I reveal Harley’s full nursery with you all, I wanted to share this easy DIY nursery clipboard sign that I made. It’s easy, cheap and adds something a little different to the wall! Obviously this isn’t just for a nursery, you could make this for any part of your home. I always seem to struggle with wall decor. I can put together a vignette no problem but walls are another story. I knew I wanted a sign in Harley’s nursery but I didn’t want the typical wood sign that everyone seems to have, so this is what I came up with.

I purchased the clipboards from supplygeeks.com. I painted the clipboards using Sherwin Williams paint in Intellectual Gray. I used two coats and then it was time to do the lettering. You can see the tutorial for how I do my lettering [HERE]. Once I stenciled on the letters I painted them using craft paint from Michaels. Instead of nailing each clipboard into the wall, I used the poster command strips to hang them up. Super easy and doesn’t put a bunch of holes in the wall! That’s it!
I love how it adds a little extra interest to her nursery.
